We were very pleased with our recent service. The tech that came out listened to our issues and decided he would not leave the job until all of our issues were resolved. He was very respectful and very willing to carry on an open dialogue with us the entire time he was there.

Been using them for a few years, kind of by default originally. Since that original time though, they keep proving that they stand out. Just had them over for a septic tank replacement. Due to it being a pretty expensive job and being a careful consumer, I checked around prior to having the work done with 3 other companies. 2 of the 3 never even bothered to return my very detailed voice messages. The 3rd one did and was actually more expensive for the same work. In short, it just drove home to me that between their superior customer service and fair pricing, they will remain my choice of folks when I need work done. Also worth noting, every single staff member I have ever talked to has always seemed like they wanted to be talking to me. Have you ever called a place of business and the person sounded like they just woke up from a nap (or needed one!) or you were bothering them? Well, you won't get that from Sunflower!

Yes, we most certainly would recommend you to our friends. The whole crew was so considerate of our yard and more importantly, they were so kind to my husband who has dementia. Jett was the most polite, pleasant, hard-working young gentleman I have met in a long time. Not only did he stay here til 7:00 pm to get the dirt back in place, but he also raked and picked up all the sticks and roots that were left. That in itself was amazing enough but he also put down grass seed for us. He went far above what was expected of him. Your company should be very grateful for having him as an employee. We want to thank the entire crew for working so hard to get the job completed in one day because rain was in the forecast. We appreciate all that you did.

They didn't tear up our yard and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished.
